These terms govern your use of the scheduling and communication tools operated by Creek's Bend Farm at creeksbendfarm.com. By participating in our lesson scheduling program, you agree to these terms.
Creek's Bend Farm provides a text message and web-based scheduling tool to coordinate horseback riding lessons. The tool allows families to submit their weekly availability and receive lesson confirmations by SMS or email.
All final scheduling decisions — including rider-to-horse assignments and lesson times — are made by Creek's Bend Farm staff. Submitting availability does not guarantee a particular time slot.
By providing your phone number to Creek's Bend Farm, you agree to receive text messages related to:
Weekly availability requests for lesson scheduling
Lesson confirmations and reminders
Barn announcements relevant to riders, boarders, or staff
Message frequency varies — typically 1–3 messages per week during active scheduling. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to participate in lessons, but scheduling communications will fall back to email or direct contact.
When using the scheduling tools or communicating with the barn via text, you agree to:
Provide accurate availability information
Use the service only for its intended purpose (lesson scheduling and barn communications)
Not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the scheduling system
Communicate respectfully with barn staff
When you receive a personalized scheduling link by text, that link is specific to your rider and the current week. Please do not share these links publicly. Links expire at the end of the scheduling window for each week.
Creek's Bend Farm reserves the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to weather, horse availability, instructor availability, or other circumstances. We will notify affected families as promptly as possible via SMS or email.
Participants in horseback riding lessons acknowledge the inherent risks of equestrian activity. Participation is subject to any separate liability waiver or enrollment agreement provided by Creek's Bend Farm.
Use of our scheduling service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Creek's Bend Farm provides the scheduling tool on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for missed communications due to carrier delays, SMS delivery failures, or technical issues outside our control. If you do not receive an expected scheduling message, please contact us directly.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the scheduling service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
