Creek's Bend Farm values your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you receive text messages or use our scheduling tools.
Creek's Bend Farm is a privately operated horseback riding lesson facility. We operate a scheduling tool at creeksbendfarm.com to coordinate weekly riding lessons with students and their families.
We collect only what we need to schedule and communicate about riding lessons:
Name — of the rider and/or parent or guardian
Phone number — to send lesson scheduling texts and confirmations
Email address — as an optional alternative to SMS communication
Availability preferences — the days and times you submit each week for lesson scheduling
Lesson history — which lessons were scheduled and confirmed
We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data.
Your information is used solely for operating the lesson scheduling service:
Sending weekly text messages asking for your availability
Confirming your scheduled lesson time via SMS or email
Sending barn announcements relevant to riders, boarders, or staff
Maintaining an accurate lesson schedule for the farm
We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
By providing your phone number to Creek's Bend Farm, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to lesson scheduling and farm communications. Message frequency varies — typically 1–3 messages per week during active scheduling periods.

To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP.
We use the following services to operate our scheduling system. Each has its own privacy policy:
Twilio — delivers SMS messages on our behalf (twilio.com/legal/privacy)
Anthropic — processes inbound text messages to extract scheduling information (anthropic.com/privacy). Message content is transmitted to Anthropic solely for parsing your availability; it is not used to train AI models under Anthropic's API terms.
Google — used for staff sign-in only (policies.google.com/privacy)
Your phone number and message content are transmitted to Twilio and Anthropic only as necessary to process scheduling requests. We do not share your data with these services for any other purpose.
We retain your contact information and scheduling history for as long as you are an active participant at Creek's Bend Farm. If you would like your information removed, contact us directly and we will delete it promptly.
We store your information in a password-protected database on secure hosting infrastructure. API credentials and sensitive configuration are stored outside the publicly accessible web directory. We use HTTPS for all web communications.
Our scheduling service is operated on behalf of minor riders by their parents or guardians. We collect the parent or guardian's contact information — not the child's — for all communications. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
You have the right to:

Request deletion of your information
Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued participation in our scheduling program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
